Definitions:

Web Site: Web site is a service made available by EEILINDIA under the domain http://eeilindia.com and its sub domains.
Provider: EEILINDIA, who made the Web Site.
Content: All content, information and software application provided on and through the Web Site.
User: Whom ever using / accessing the Web Site and its services.
Product Representative: Who represents on-behalf of client for any project.
Product Representative Team: Team of members (not exceeding 5 members per team) who represents on-behalf of client for any project.
Terms of Use: Usage rights provided to the user under the following Terms and Conditions.

Remedies for Violations & Termination Of Service:
1. Provider reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Provider's Web sites and their features.
2. Provider reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Terms of Use and to take any action we deem appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
3. Either party to the Agreement may terminate it at any time and for any reason. Upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement EEILINDIA will cease providing the Service in three business days of such termination, In the event of any termination:
  1. User will not be entitled to any refunds of any usage fees or any other fees.
  2. Any, outstanding balance for Service rendered through the date of termination, and other unpaid payment obligations during the remainder of the Initial Term will be immediately due and payable in full.
4. Provider reserves the right to take decision of the renewals if any dues are not cleared within the mentioned / agreed stipulated time period mentioned in related invoice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
1. The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state Tamilnadu in India without reference to its conflict of law principles. In the event of any conflicts between foreign law, rules, and regulations, and Indian law, rules, and regulations, Indian law, rules and regulations shall prevail and govern. Each party agrees to submit to the exclusive and personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamilnadu.
Privacy:

Software Licensing:
1. The softwares that facilitate the service will be covered under the End User License Aggreement available through this link (http://eeilindia.com/eula.html) or such other URL as EEILINDIA may provide from time to time.
Abuse of Service:
1. Action that affects the intention of the service would be considered as abusing of service that may lead to service discontinuation with/without notice in emergency cases in-order to protect the service availability for other users.
2. For non-cap services the minimum worth of a support instance can't be lesser that Rs.100.
3. Any service calls within the cooling period will be considered as payable support.
Modifications to Terms of Use:
1. Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions of the Terms of Use will appear on this Web Site and are effective immediately. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use. Continued use of the Web Site after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
